A hotel somewhere in Berlin. The boys of Tokio Hotel live here for some days – their current single: “An deiner Seite (Ich bin da)”. Bill (18), Tom (18), Gustav (19), Georg (20) now opened the doors to their hotel rooms exclusive for BRAVO.
BRAVO: What are you doing at the evening after a stressful day?
GEORG: I withdraw to my room and I’m just lazy. First, I just check for my e-mail, and then I get into bed and watch TV.
TOM: I beg to differ. Most of the time Georg is busy with a photo of me and his right hand (laughs). . .
GUSTAV: I always have wide range of DVDs with me and watch one or two in the evening.
BILL: I phone a lot. You really don’t want to see my bills!
BRAVO: Who do you speak to on the phone, Bill?
BILL: To my family and my friends. I need to know if they all are well. I often talk to them for hours!
BRAVO: Are you sometimes sad that you often can’t be often with your families?
BILL: I’m often sad when I’m alone in the hotel room. Even though I love being underway with the band – I often become sentimental and melancholy in hotel rooms. I not even can say why. But then I wish myself into in my own bed. Tom never would admit, but I bet he sometimes is sad, too. At the latest, when his hotel room acquaintances are gone.
BRAVO: Have you ever cried because of loneliness?
TOM: I often have heard the packs of handkerchiefs rustling at Georg in the tour bus but I’m not sure whether he cried, because he doesn’t get a girl – or whether he had used handkerchiefs for something else (everyone laughs)!
BRAVO: Do you often hang out together?
BILL: Yes, we often go together to the wellness zone and chill out.
GEORG: Or we arrange to meet each other in one of our rooms and eat there. Here we discuss things regarding the band and make decisions.
BRAVO: What was the most incredibly that you have experienced together at the hotel?
BILL: After the tour completion in Essen (*a German city*), the fans cried of joy. They stood with very many posters in front of the hotel, where was written “Great that you go here again”. That was a great feeling. We really felt at home again. . .
BRAVO: Cross your heart: Who of you watches porn movies on pay TV at the hotel room?
TOM: Because each one pays the bills for pay TV on his own, Georg has his porn collection on the computer. This way it isn’t that embarrassing for him at the check out! Compared to that I prefer real girls – not those on the screen (grins)!
BRAVO: And when did you lastly had a girl at the hotel room?
TOM: 45 minutes before this interview (grins)! Better you do not address to the others regarding this subject. The fact that there nothing’s going is a sore point for the three. I never would take them on a ride because of that; I am very considerate (grins)!
